| In
today's times of high stress, anxiety, and
desperation, many of us with illnesses such as
anxiety, bipolar, or depression are finding it
increasingly harder to get the help we may need,
or maybe you've tried several different
medications only to find you still struggle, or
you are unable to take the prescribed medication
for other reasons. Possibly you want to explore
a more natural alternative to some of the
medications you are taking. If you are
interested in trying natural supplements to
enhance your current medication regime, there
are some great ones out there, but it takes some
research. You don't want to put the wrong mix
into the body and it would be ideal for you to
consult your psychiatrist or a knowledgeable
nutritionist that knows about psychiatric
medications.I have found a great company that I
use for natural supplements that I will
reference for you. Please do not feel obligated
to purchase from them because I sent you. They
have a lot of great articles on the website and
are willing to answer any questions. They offer
a money back guarantee also.
One thing to
remember about supplements is that it typically
takes some time to build up in your system. What
I use supplements for (in addition to
psychiatric meds) is to help build up my
physical system so that my mind and sprit will
follow in strength. Are you someone that is able
to manage their medications in addition to being
physically fit and balanced naturally for good
health. What I am talking about is the vitamins,
minerals, amino acids, and may other chemicals
that the body needs to function properly. Are
your basic physical needs being met? Are you
getting the proper, balanced nutrition from your
meals each day and exercising and being active?
This is what the body needs to function
optimally at a "normal" state of homeostasis
(balance). Once we experience a mental illness,
and subsequently, medication ingestion, this
state is thrown off balance. It's ok though, you
can gain the balance back and ultimately gain
the most from your regime. Once the body is
feeling strong and moving, the brain "feel" good
chemicals are released and that helps to elevate
mood and serves as a cycle of continual boost of
the endorphins.
Keep in mind
there are no "quick fixes" with supplements,
only natural ingredients that are meant to work
with your body at its most natural state. If you
decide to try a supplement for anxiety, to calm
you down, supplements will work, they just
typically need to be taken on a regular basis
and will be effective once you use them for a
while. I will say that I do use the Vaxa
products for physical supplementation. If I need
more assistance with anxiety or insomnia down
the road I will purchase from them also. I am
sure you are aware that to manage any mental
illness, medication or supplements alone will
not make the problem go away. Dealing with
underlying issues and learning valuable coping
skills are crucial to gaining and maintaining a
life full of joy, happiness, and prosperity,
despite your
anxiety,
mood disorder,or
anything that is causing problems in your life.
In the
meantime, here is some info on Vaxa.

Why go Natural?
For years I have
suffered from Chronic Pain, Anxiety, Depression,
and Substance Abuse. I have been handed unwanted
drugs, been subjected to almost every physical
test in the book (without any kind of physical
abnormalities), and been lied to by either the
Mental Health industry or the Medical Industry.
I finally know what is at the root of my
psychosomatic (physical manifestations of
emotional issues) illnesses. It took me several
years and a lot of research, but I finally found
out that the drugs I was given were ineffective
and just flat out WRONG! They have been known to
cause brain damage and actually, after chronic
long-term use, they will cause the exact symptom
that you are trying to alleviate!!
Antidepressants cause can cause depression,
anti-anxiety drugs can cause anxiety. All you
have to do is look at the side effects. It is
right there in black and white...I wonder what
the earlier pioneers of our planet did without
these drugs.
My Story: From
Un-Natural to Natural
Well, it is hard
for me to accept the fact that I have been a
"lab rat" since 1995. That is, too many years
worth of misdiagnoses and taking the wrong
medications. I have suffered some damage from
these experiences but the bottom line is that
now I rely less and less on medication, and more
and more on my own innate strength to get
through the troubling times that my "illnesses"
may bring about. I have wanted to find a natural
alternative to my problems for years. I have
been researching for years, so you can be rest
assured that I "practice what I preach". If you
would like to contact me about more of my
experience please
email
me.
